Returns & Exchanges

A BATHING APE® accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging intact within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original BAPE® packaging, ensuring all hangtags and authenticity stickers are attached, and include your printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
